I stayed at a hotel that had some ups and downs. The rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked, especially the bathroom, but at least we could smoke in our room. The hotel had some mildew and mold issues that finally got addressed after contacting the management. Despite these issues, the service was very accommodating to our needs, and the staff was always a pleasure to work with during my visits. The location was good overall, especially if you want to avoid the traffic in the Greenbriar area, but there were some unsettling sightings of giant dead bugs in closed-off areas. The dining experience could have been better, as the hot breakfast items ran out before the cut-off time, even though there was a nice pancake-making machine and fresh fruits available. Overall, it was a mixed experience at this hotel.
